All of the tours start here in the Buena Vista Hotel after breakfast and finish here after dinner.

One Day Tours

#10 Carara Biological Reserve (this area has one of the best populations of scarlet macaws), Tárcoles River (where you can see many crocodiles in the wild) and Jacó Beach, one of the better seaside resorts in the country.

#11 Arenal Volcano (one of the more active volcanoes in the world) on the way we go through Los Angeles cloud forest of San Ramon, la Fortuna town, La Fortuna Waterfall and Arenal Lake.

#12 Arenal Volcano, La Fortuna, we recommended a canopy tour where you will enjoy the beautiful view from the tree tops. This tour ends with a swim in Tabacón hot springs.

#13 Inbio Park (biodiversity institute which provides a valuable learning experience of different forest habitats. The tour ends with a discussion about biodiversity (ideal for children)

Also we can make arrangements for white water rafting with the better companies in Costa Rica (one day or two days tour)
