The Quetzal Room, Our very popular restaurant

The “Quetzal Room” is open daily from 6:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m.

We prepare international and tico (local latin) cuisine. Our excellent head chef has extensive experience in fine food and pastry preparation, she has attended formal culinary arts training on international cuisine. We purchase all our fruits and vegetables fresh from the local farmer’s market and we use the highest quality fresh meats, sea food and poultry.
